How do I access the webinar after I register?
After you register, you'll receive a confirmation email with your unique link to join, plus reminder emails before the webinar begins. Please join through your own registration link, since that is how we verify your attendance for CPE.
Is there a cost to attend?
No. This webinar is complimentary. Just register to reserve your spot.
How do I earn CPE credit?
To earn one hour CPE credit, join through your own unique registration link, attend at least 50 minutes of the live presentation, and answer at least three of the four polling questions. These requirements follow NASBA standards for live webinars. Credit is available only for the live webinar, not for viewing the recording afterward.
I can't find the polling questions. Where are they?
Polling questions appear in a pop-out pane in Zoom during the webinar. If you don't see it, check behind any other open windows on your screen, since it can sometimes be hidden.

When and how will I receive my CPE certificate?
CPE certificates are emailed to the address associated with your registration within seven days of the webinar.
Will the webinar be recorded or available on demand?
Yes. After the webinar, registrants receive an email with a link to the recording and the slide deck. Recorded webinars are not eligible for CPE. Credit is available only to those who attend the live session and meet the attendance and polling requirements above.
Where can I find the slide deck?
A download link is shared in the webinar chat during the session, and registrants also receive the slide deck by email afterward.
Can I ask the presenters questions?
Yes. Submit your questions through the Zoom Q&A, and our presenters will answer as many as time allows.
