1. Determine the federal substantiation and written acknowledgment requirements for charitable contributions and identify the information that must be included in donor receipts to support a charitable deduction.
2. Distinguish the tax and compliance rules for donor-advised funds, qualified charitable distributions, and common categories of noncash charitable contributions, including the respective responsibilities of donors and charitable organizations.
3. Identify the additional reporting changes introduced by Statement 103, including revisions to budgetary comparison information, major component unit reporting, and unusual or infrequent items.

How do I earn CPE credit?
To earn one hour CPE credit, join through your own unique registration link, attend at least 50 minutes of the live presentation, and answer at least three of the four polling questions. These requirements follow NASBA standards for live webinars. Credit is available only for the live webinar, not for viewing the recording afterward.
I can't find the polling questions. Where are they?
Polling questions appear in a pop-out pane in Zoom during the webinar. If you don't see it, check behind any other open windows on your screen, since it can sometimes be hidden.

When and how will I receive my CPE certificate?
CPE certificates are emailed to the address associated with your registration within seven days of the webinar.
Will the webinar be recorded or available on demand?
Yes. After the webinar, registrants receive an email with a link to the recording and the slide deck. Recorded webinars are not eligible for CPE. Credit is available only to those who attend the live session and meet the attendance and polling requirements above.
Where can I find the slide deck?
A download link is shared in the webinar chat during the session, and registrants also receive the slide deck by email afterward.
Can I ask the presenters questions?
Yes. Submit your questions through the Zoom Q&A, and our presenters will answer as many as time allows.
