Year-End Tax Planning for You & Your Family

Year-End Tax Planning for You & Your Family

The One Big Beautiful Bill Act reshaped the tax landscape in 2025, and additional provisions take effect for the first time in the 2026 tax year. This webinar examines significant tax law changes affecting high-income earners, retirees, and families, including the new charitable deduction for non-itemizers, the 0.5%-of-AGI floor on itemized charitable contributions, the increased SALT deduction cap, accelerated alternative minimum tax (AMT) phaseout provisions, and the permanent estate and gift tax exemption. The session also reviews year-end tax planning considerations related to income timing, retirement contributions, charitable giving, and other strategies that may be affected by these legislative changes. Live attendees who meet the program requirements are eligible to receive one (1) hour of CPE.
